BRIEF REPRESENTATION OF COMPANY OPERATION
Since establishment, the company has operated registered business services related to aviation sector mainly as follows:
1. The company has supplied Vietnamese labors for foreign airlines
Vietnamese flight attendants supplied by ALSIMEXCO to EVA Air (BR)
The company has supplied Vietnamese labors for foreign airlines representative offices since January 1995 (when it was named Aviation labor supply and management center). The company has now managed nearly 500 manpower been highly valued for their duty fulfillment and gained good reputation from foreign airlines, some of them have been promoted high positions.
2. The company has also supplied and managed foreigners who work for Vietnam Airlines corporation
The company has also supplied and managed foreigners who work for Vietnam Airlines corporation as flight attendants, technicians, engineer and commercial staff. At present, more than 100 foreigner have been successfully supplied to work for Vietnam Airlines corporation and under management of the company.
3. The company has supplied Vietnamese labors to Vietnam Airlines’ subsidiaries or its joint venture companies such as Tan Son Nhat Air catering Joint Venture, Aircraft technical Co.,Ltd., Noibai Airport operation center, Flight training
4. Airlines ticket agency

The Company has been appointed sale agents of Vietnam Airlines and almost airlines operating in Vietnam. With two booking offices in Hanoi and HoChiMinh city, the company is found one of the top agents gaining reliable confident and reputation from customers.
5. Labor export activities
To realize the Vietnam Government’s orientation on labor export program, the company has concentrated with great care in labor training and recruitment process to optimize company’s labor export activities on both aviation sector and non-aviation one.
- Aviation sector labor export activity:
Vietnamese fight attendants supplied by ALSIMEXCO to Korean Air (KE)
The company is the one and only unit in Vietnam specialized in aviation sector labor export performance. The company has exported more than 200 flight attendants and ground staff for foreign airlines as Qatar Airways, China Airlines, China Airlines, Eva Airways, Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, Japan Airlines Air France United Airlines… Vietnamese cabin crews have performed good job, thus, the image of Vietnamese people has been highly recognized international airlines and foreign people.
- Non-aviation labor export activity:
Labor selected by the Company for overseas working
Beside the aviation labor export advantages, the company has attentively concerned on non-aviation labor export business. Tow labor export centers in Hanoi and Hochiminh city have been established to realize this duty.

The company has collaborated or joint ventured with partners in aviation and non-aviation sector to organize training course mainly for aviation manpower such as specialized English language in aviation field, reservation and air ticketing.
